The IT Support Analyst serves as a technical escalation point for the IT Services Support team in one or more specific technology platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists IT Service Support Team with harder to solve issues and share knowledge.

  • Works with Regional IT Technical PM to execute projects within the region.

  • Together with regional IT management will ensure the adoption of standards in the regional team.

  • Accountable, together with other IT Support Analysts, for ongoing operations and maintenance.

  • Ensures knowledge transfer, documentation, and resolution of technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Works directly with the business to solve more advanced technical issues.

  • Participates in local, regional, and global projects.

  • Escalate unresolved incidents to domain service owners.

  • Performs routine operations and updates as necessary to keep systems up and running as per SLAs (to be defined).

Job Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related field is preferred.

  • 5+ years of deep technical knowledge across one or more platforms.

  • MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA A+, Server+ are desirable, but not required.

  • SharePoint administration experience (Document Libraries, Site collections, Site creation/customization).

  • Proficiency with Windows PowerShell to automate tasks.

  • Strong experience with Windows Server and Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services.

  • VMWare server virtualization experience preferred.

  • Foundational network routing and switching experience.

  • Foundational knowledge of AWS and MS Azure cloud platforms.
