IT Strategist

Key Role:

Provide advisory services and technical expertise on digital transformation consulting initiatives. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with leading the department in transitioning product development to Agile
• Experience with leading, tracking and communicating all product phases from inception through final delivery
• Ability to communicate vision, strategy, and team priorities with leadership
• Ability to work with stakeholders to determine product requirements and strategy
• Secret clearance required
• BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in working with commercial clients
• Experience in working with federal or DoD clients, including the Air Force preferred
• Experience in working with digital transformation and technical teams to develop applications and services using AWS, Azure, DevOps, PaaS, Infrastructure as a code, and similar products and services preferred
• Experience in working with organizational change management for technical projects preferred
• Experience with Agile methodology or working in Agile Scrum or SAFe team environments preferred
• Experience with Design Thinking
• Experience with business development
• Knowledge of DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process preferred
• Ability to analyze and improve strategic dashboards with measurable indices for determining value, quality, and sufficiency of IT service delivery
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MA or MS degree preferred
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification preferred
