Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Sourcing Analyst.

In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for supporting Managers and Directors as they lead large scale sourcing initiatives. This person will assist with medium to large initiatives and projects across all indirect spend categories, and evolve into taking on high levels of responsibility by managing major indirect categories as the team expands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect data necessary to run successful sourcing events, such as spend data, stakeholder requirements, stakeholder budget, supply base, supplier financials, market dynamics and trends, and other data specific to each project.
  • Assist in the development of Requests For Information (RFIs), Request For Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and all accompanying documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of the negotiation strategy and documents used in supplier meetings.
  • Ensure updates are made to the savings trackers to reflect final negotiated price
  • Complete SOWs, Quotes and NDAs as required.
  • Interact with senior team members and technology leads on a daily basis to execute transactions and discuss strategic initiatives and alternatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or management consulting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive.
Innovative thinker to help create and deploy creative procurement solutions.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, with Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification Program: Professional Designation in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
