Seeking an IT Project Lead with an Active Secret Clearance

What you’ll do:

  • Day-to-day management and oversight of the critical elements of programs and projects including scope, budget, risk, and schedule
  • Support the command prepare for deployment to (SAP) from legacy systems.
  • Coordinate gov't and deployment team for change management, user role mapping, end-user training, data mapping, and communicating with key personnel upcoming deployment activities
  • Support the Agile development teams across the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Work with business users to gather requirements, writing functional and technical specifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience (including at least 2 years of experience with end-user system training, role mapping and deployment)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College or University
  • Active Secret Security clearance
  • Experience leading and managing a team of 3-10 people or more
  • Travel up to 60% annually (While 60% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with system deployments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Information Systems Auditior (CISA)
