Job Description

SUMMARY:

Responsible for MUSO and BK Americas business-as-usual (BAU) and project support activities, as they relate to associated duties and responsibilities outlined below. Primary areas of focus include managing the KRA and KRI process, managing the Major Incident and Change Management processes for IT, hosting MUSO Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, and providing project management support.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and manage Steering and other IT management committee meetings.
  • Manage the Key Risk Assessment (KRA) and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) process across first line-of-defense teams including review, validation, and consolidation of data into appropriate reports.
  • Lead the review and dissemination of Head Office Bulletins across MUSO entities and teams, track required actions and ensure appropriate responses are submitted to HO.
  • Coordinate and follow up on various BHC-level committee meetings, per the IT SSC governance framework, as required for the IT Steering, Management, IT/IS Risk, and Non-Financial Risk committees.
  • Plan and manage regional IT conferences (Americas, Asia/AIOD, London/EMEA) to promote information sharing and efficiencies across regions.
  • Conduct initial analysis and review Incidents to determine which may be classified as Major Incidents, and follow up with Incident owners to ensure reporting accuracy, impacted areas, and proper remediation actions are being taken.
  • Track open Major Incidents, ensuring that they are resolved and closed in a timely manner and have proper explanation and closure actions.
  • Conduct Major Incident root cause analysis and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Prepare Major Incident summary and trending reports: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, as well as A2 as needed.
  • Participate in the ownership of Change Management for IT. Host and track Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Participate in the lifecycle of projects from assessment to project completion.
  • Provide ad-hoc support (e.g., manage surveys, data analysis, reporting).
  • Identify and lead process improvements to areas for which team is responsible.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS OR EXPERIENCE :

  • B.S. in IT-related discipline or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of, and/or experience in, system development and/or production system support.
  • Knowledge of ITIL helpful.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
