Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for providing administrative support for the IT department and basic PC troubleshooting support to employees. Duties include managing employee account information, ordering supplies, inventory management, and other administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Creating newly hired employees Active Directory account and mailboxes
  • Disabling/Removing accounts of terminated employees
  • Employee Location transfers
  • Employee Name Changes
  • Changing employees security/email groups as needed
  • Enable/Disable account for FMLA and suspensions
  • Create new email/security groups as needed
  • Order IT-related equipment for local and remote users
  • Create Purchase Orders and track items until they are delivered
  • Package and ship equipment from Operations to various YV Locations as needed
  • Track shipped items and confirm delivery of items
  • Receive invoices from various vendors and log payment information
  • Monitor incoming invoices for billing changes/issues and report issues to supervisor
  • As needed, communicate with vendors to resolve issues related to orders/billing
Physical Demands:

Frequently remains in stationary position for periods of time.
Regularly needs to move throughout office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a calculator and copier.
Frequently moves, ascend/descend, and traverse.
Constantly must be able to communicate, detect, converse with, discern, and exchange information.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40lbs.Qualifications:
  • Experience troubleshooting PCs in a Windows Network
  • Experience in Active Directory a plus
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Prior inventory management experience a plus
