Cambridge Spa Group (“CSG”), is a private equity backed, franchisee consolidator within the Massage Envy franchise system. CSG employs over 1000 people in Texas, California, and Nevada with corporate teams in Austin, TX and Reno, NV. The company anticipates 4-5x growth in the next 4-5 years driven by robust M&A activity as well as organic performance. The Inventory Control Analyst will be responsible for the accuracy of clinic inventory activity and levels, maintaining records, identifying, and resolving inventory issues and variances, and providing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in inventory systems. The Analyst will also assist with ensuring clinic order requests comply with the company purchasing policy as well as facilitate the associated approval and purchase process. This position will work closely with our field management, operations, and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely transmission of data in order to maintain accurate inventory reporting, oversight of clinic level order processes, support other reporting requirements, and other ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor retail and backbar supply inventory count activities to ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Responsible for reviewing and auditing compliance of store level inventory and ordering processes
  • Analyze on hand inventory to assist in supporting the business to identify and manage expiring inventory
  • Identify, research, and resolve inventory variance between the physical quantities and those in the system
  • Report any inventory variances over the predetermined clinic and recommended PAR level thresholds
  • Oversee PO approval process to ensure compliance within defined purchasing policy guidelines for inventory and other clinic level purchases
  • Ensure all clinic level purchases, invoices, and returns are properly coded and communicated to the accounting team, ensuring clear communication and accurate booking of clinic l level purchases on our financial statements
  • Communicate with operations leaders to ensure that all inventory and clinic level ordering policies and procedures are followed
  • Research to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies in processes or implement new systems
  • Complete special projects and ad hoc requests
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis models that track inventory and average costs. Provide compliance reporting to leadership on inventory and ordering
  • Complete the monthly close with the accounting team
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams in accounting and operations
  • Provide support to store level teams to drive together as one team toward company goals and creating an engaged and mutually supportive environment

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience is required
  • 3 to 5 Years inventory control experience preferred
  • Retail experience a plus
  • Detailed oriented and depth of knowledge with Microsoft 365 platform and QuickBooks
  • Passion for support of the customer, our employees
