Job Description

Intern- Front Office Operations Associate

Seeking students in the Hospitality Field to welcome our guests onto the resort! Do you want to get paid while building your resume and learning the tools of the trade? Assist our guests with the check-in procedure to start their vacation off on the right foot. Learn about the ins and outs of the resort’s condos and procedures to help each family into their cozy accommodation. Take care of everything from Activity Reservations, to day trip recommendations for our guests. Bring your positive attitudes and smiling faces to help us create Remarkable Experiences! Position requires great customer service skills & opportunities for additional commission based sales.

Primary Role: Front Desk Attendant, Concierge Desk Attendant, Concierge Call Center Operator

We have a popular summer internship program, but we know not everyone is available during that time. Are you interested in an internship outside of the summer season? We’d still love for your to join our team. We want to work with you and your school to provide the best experience possible. During the application process we’ll ask you more about your expectations and the requirements for your school’s internship program. Our goal is to meet or exceed all requirements.
