Job Description

Patriot Nissan of Salem, NH, is actively seeking experienced personnel for our Internet Sales office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing person who loves to interact with customers in a positive way. Your friendly demeanor and enthusiastic attitude communicates clearly over the phone, perhaps in a video mode, chat or text. You are eager to help the caller find the information they need, and get an appointment lined up. No cold calling, you are talking to people who have reached out to us, so let's give them a great experience to start the relationship off on the right foot.

In return, you will be well compensated with a guaranteed salary plus an excellent bonus structure and benefits. Expected compensation range for this position is $42,000 - $50,000 annually. Success here leads to other opportunities in the company.

This is a five day work week, Saturdays are required.

Prior experience at an automotive dealership not required, being bilingual is a plus!

We would be interested in meeting candidates who have been in the restaurant, hospitality or travel industry on the front lines meeting and working with their customers. From bartenders, servers, managers, to travel agents, flight attendants, rental car personnel.you know how to interact with people. · Develop enhanced knowledge about the Nissan vehicle lineup that will be provide through our continued training

· Learn how to access and navigate through our inventory

· Understand our warranties, sales programs, promotional events, website, personnel, and the dealership in general

· Possess intuitive computer skills. . We will provide training on our system of incoming messages, and how to respond both verbally and in writing, with strong emphasis on our templates of response.

· Provide BDC Manager with daily report on calls, appointments set, and decisions and outcomes of all prospects

· Attend training courses as directed by management. Course fees will be covered by dealership if determined to have direct impact on job enhancement
