Job Description
Mike Bass Ford - Mazda is seeking a successful Internet Director to work and manage its online vehicle sales and digital retail presence.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Hiring and Training of BDC Staff
- Create, monitor, and administer all outside and inside sale campaigns
- Responsible for overseeing phone, texts, and email follow up f or all potential prospects
- Develop response templates for all other interactive purposes
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
- Aid in the development and modification of phone script
Job Requirements
- Previous Automotive Sales and/or Management experience is highly preferred
- Previous experience with any CRM is required
- Excellent phone skills is a must
- Experience working with equity mining applications, and understanding social media marketing is a plus
- Tenacious yet professional follow up on customer inquiries
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
