Consultant - International Corporate Reorganization (ICR) (DLA Piper)

DLA Piper is seeking Consultants for their Tax group. Significant international tax or international corporate/legal/project management experience required; law degree, Certified Paralegal (CP), or MBA preferred but not required. Preferred candidates will have a strong academic record and demonstrated interest in all aspects of business and tax planning, corporate structuring, cross-border transactions, advising companies on doing business globally, and project management.

Applicants must have a strong academic background, collaboration skills, project management skills, and polished written and oral communication skills. Candidate will perform in a client service capacity. Interpersonal skills are mandatory. Experience in international corporate matters such as international entity formations, global corporate maintenance and/or international corporate or tax reorganizations is a must. Familiarity with databases such as Blueprint, hCue, GEMS, or Sharepoint is a plus. Candidates are being considered for any DLA Piper offices, with a preference for Boston, Minnesota, and California offices.
