Interior Designer

Job Opening: Interior Designer experienced in Project Development, Drafting and Estimating for a Luxury Design-Build Home Remodeling Company

Job Description:
We are a luxury design-build remodeling firm specializing in upper end kitchen, bathroom, and whole house remodeling. Due to increased demand, we are looking for an interior designer to work with our design team and clients.

Responsibilities:
Work with design team on developing new design and build projects
Help educate potential clients on our process
Draw new projects in Chief Architect

Create 3-D renderings of new projects

Estimate projects in Excel using pre-made templates

Present plans, renderings, and contracts to clients
Collaborate with Project Managers as projects are built
Perform some administrative work at our office
Help manage client expectations and satisfaction from initial consultation to final installation
Work closely with technical designers and installers

Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Design, a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer certification, or previous industry experience in luxury sales is required
Home remodeling design and sales experience is a big plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficiency in CAD drawing; experience with Chief Architect a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative problem-solving skills, and customer service experience with demanding clients

Salary plus quarterly bonuses based on performance
MUST LIVE WITHIN A 20 MINUTE DRIVE FROM OUR ARLINGTON OFFICE!

Pay:
$40,000 - $50,000 per year depending on experience
