Integrity-Driven Sales Position For Boutique Coaching Co. 100% Remote

Hi! Our company, Introverted Alpha, helps smart introverted men attract women naturally by bringing out their own unique best. We've been around for over six years, and we are a remote team across the country.

The position we're hiring for is an Alpha Advocate: a name born of ours (Introverted Alpha) and your role: an advocate for “our guys,” as we affectionately call them.

Position Summary:

ROLE: To help clients along the way of enrolling in the right program for them. They reach out to us for support, and as an Alpha Advocate, you simply talk through their options with them on the phone, options they are already aware of: Launch Your Dating Life, Become A Benevolent Badass, and others.

LOGISTICS: This is a remote part-time contractor position, paid on a commission basis. You’ll be taking calls with our guys in the afternoons and evenings during launches (concentrated sales times for a couple of weeks at a time, a handful of times per year), and you may get an appointment here or there when we are not having a launch.

COMPENSATION: Our programs range from $1,800 to $7,000. You’ll be paid on a commission basis: 15% per client enrollment to start, then 17%. This compensation includes surrounding admin and email follow-up.

IMPORTANT: We are hiring for attitude and disposition, not sales experience, as we will train thoroughly in our own ways.

As far as your day-to-day, you’d love to devote the latter part of your day to supporting and talking to people for two weeks at a time every two months, and you are typically available for this in the afternoons and evenings (about 3 or 4pm to 7 or 8pm).

Who Are Our Clients?

They are smart, introverted men who value integrity, adventure, connection, and fun. As entrepreneurs, engineers, outdoorists, foodies, leaders, and wanderers, they are thoughtful, patient, kind, and strong.

They are ready to grow and develop to the next level with dating, social leadership, confidence, and more. Many times, they just haven’t found the resources or guidance to do that in a way that feels honest and true to them until they find US.

That’s where you come in: helping bridge the gap between them finding us and working together. If it’s a fit. you’ll help them take that step into the best program for them, and along with that, the 1:1 care of a devoted IA Coach.

Introverted Alpha is founded on LOVE for these men: genuine love and respect. We are focused on the holistic life-cycle of the client, so nurturing them at every touchpoint is crucial.

Your Tasks:

1:1 calls: This is where you’ll help our potential clients see if this is a fit to work together. Calls take place during the afternoons and evenings. (I will give you lots of guidance and a solid framework for these fun calls and your emails too!)

Email and admin: Before and after each call, there will be some admin and email follow-up. You’ll be following up with potential clients after your calls, as you might have more than one call per potential client.

Logistics of expected workload: It’s important that you’re available in a very quiet, peaceful place for the exploration calls and that you’re able to check and respond to emails a few times daily on weekdays.
