You will…

  • Be personally trained by an Experienced Team Leader who will teach you how to establish relationships and cultivate referrals
    • Be asked to complete the Life & Accident and Health State Examination
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients using our Client Contact Systems demonstrated in the Training process
  • Provide financial solutions through fact gathering and needs analyses. We will train you how to ask the important questions to capture the client’s needs.
  • Broaden and deepen your skillset through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates. We will also develop your skill set for future growth and advancement.
