Job Title: Custome Services Representative
Setting: Professional Office/ and work from home

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responds to customers/agents' requests for quotes or changes to existing policies.
  • Assist customers with simple intent calls.
  • Agency portal website expert to provide proactive agency and customer support.
  • Ensures current and complete documentation of account notes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED.

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge

· Some colleges preferred.

· Prior insurance and/or call center experience a plus.

.Previous customer service experience required.

Job Specific Technical Skills & Competencies

· Computer knowledge:

· Solid math and analytical skills.

· Strong keyboard skills and system navigation experience.

· Customer service:

· Must be able to meet quality and customer experience expectations.

· Ability to diffuse and assist irate callers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
