INSULATOR (Experienced)

Location:Newport News, Virginia, United States Date: Jul 21, 2021 Job DescriptionThe candidate will remove, repair, and install various types of insulation; including fiberglass, calcium silicate, and rubatex from piping systems, ventilation systems, and various components and structures through out the ship. Candidate must have the ability to lift 40 lbs., climb, crawl, bend, squat, and stand for up to 8 hours per day, and work in various work environments. Basic QualificationsCandidates must able to work at extreme heights or small confined spaces. Must be able to kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb. Must be able to lift 40 lbs and must take and pass a respirator fit test. Must be able to work assigned shift as production needs.
