The Inside Sales Specialist I role is responsible for achieving their individual assigned segment sales goals via national outbound and inbound telephone calls for the purpose of selling ANDA products and services. Expectation to add incremental value to ANDA’s AOP and market share. The incumbent will use consultative selling techniques to increase business with existing customers while procuring new business opportunities. Specialties in supply chain include, but are not limited to vaccine, medical surgical products, surgical supplies, generic items, brand items, vet meds and consumer products.

Initiates and answers inbound and/or outbound sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers with strong focus on new business development.
Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records, and completes required documentation.
May have an assigned product line that may overlap other sales teams' territories.
May have an individual or team sales/KPI quota and is likely to have a target earnings bonus or sales incentive opportunity
Establish buying cycle, fill customer supply chain needs and create strong relationships.
Delivers differentiated value to customers through a growing understanding of the unique needs of customer segments and apply a sales execution model that is consultative and solution-focused.
Daily focus on account retention, strong customer management skills, & metric unit growth.
Consistently demonstrates knowledge and expertise as it relates to industry standards and the growing marketplace changes.
Identifies growth opportunities within organization and customers business models.
Utilizes all analytic tools provided to maximize sale.
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws while upholding company core values.

Must be flexible with work schedule. Shifts include 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm. You will be expected to work one Saturday shift every 5 weeks from 10am-3pm.

Qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience
Minimum of 2 years of proven successful sales experience
Associates Degree with a minimum 1 years of related experience; preferably in the pharmaceuticals, Medical or Vet industry; or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Pharmaceutical/Medical/Healthcare experience preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Demonstrate a complete understanding of internal systems that include but are not limited to Remedy (CMR) and TPS
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Has general awareness of business, financials, products/services and the market.
