CPR Cell Phone Repair of Bowling Green offers quick expert repair of personal electronic devices, including smart phones, tablets, computers, laptops, game systems, and other portable electronic devices. But that is not all! We are also a destination for sales of pre-owned electronic devices, accessories used to protect mobile devices and related items. CPR is the largest retail electronics repair company in the world.

What we need

CPR Cell Phone Repair is hiring an inside sales representative. We are looking for an individual who has strong verbal and written communication skills, and a positive, outgoing attitude. Must have an ability to multi task to provide sales and customer service activities to customers who walk in to our retail store, telephone, email us or reach out to us through social media. Strong candidates have the ability to understand how our product lines and services solve our customer’s technology issues. They will need an understanding of smart phone functions, proficiency with laptops and computers and familiarity with the various models of electronic devices we carry. Experience with social media platforms is a must including Facebook, Facebook Messenger and Marketplace. Exemplary customer service is required. An excellent candidate will strive for each and every customer to have a “Five Star” experience! This position is not a technician position but will include some light repair duties.

• Ability to wait on multiple customers while handling phone calls and emails concurrently.
• Desire to create sales by being proactive in customer outreach.
• Be open to feedback and willingness to adopt feedback and make improvements.

Compensation

Hourly pay $10 - $12 per hour plus Commissions and Bonuses. A successful individual in this position should earn in excess of $15+ per hour when inclusive of commissions and bonuses.
