Description Of Duties
- Answer incoming parts phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist service department and incoming customers with parts orders
- Basic computer knowledge
- Assist with inventory management
- Greet customers promptly in person and on the phone with respect.
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Establish follow uptime
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the parts delivered
- Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 3 years or more of automotive, vocational equipment or diesel parts counter experience
- Ability and willingness to learn new product lines.
- Able to lift 100 pounds
- Positive attitude and continued desire to grow professionally
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
