Inside SALES Internship (to Hire)

Elite, Family-owned Allstate Agency looking for long-term candidates to place into our Inside Sales Internship To Hire program. Begin as unlicensed Producer Assistants while grooming to become a Licensed Sales Producer.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Heavy Outbound Dialing to follow up with existing leads and generate new ones

• Help with excess Quoting, Lead Management, Administrative Sales Support

• Weekly Schedule: Mon-Thurs 9:30-6:30pm, Friday 9:00-5:00pm

Our Producer Assistant (PA) role offers a natural stepping stone to a Licensed Sales Producer (LSP) role, although you may wish to remain in the PA role as it offers reliable compensation, benefits & retirement contributions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
