Job Description


We are seeking an In-plant Ink Room Manager to work at our customer's site in Waco, TX. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including making ink. As an Inplant Ink room Manager you will be responsible to:

  • Perform technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink
  • Manufacture batches of ink under 100 lbs.
  • Perform Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches
  • Responsible for inventory management and monthly consignment counts
  • Maintain INX's excellent relationship with the customer by superior service

Qualifications


To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Be able to match colors effectively
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Have 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
  • Effectively communicate with peers and customers
  • Have excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
  • Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Pass a color vision test
  • Quality control check of incoming & on-site manufactured batches
  • Handle Inventory management, housekeeping and record-keeping
  • Evaluate production requirements based on customer schedule changes

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

  • Previous lab, inplant, and warehouse experience
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Customer service skills
  • College degree
