We will count on you to:

  • Successfully lead the requirements and data specification discussions/documentation and configuration of new implementation clients onto the MM365+ enrollment and administration platform.
  • Partner with the MM365+ Implementation Project Manager to develop and maintain a clear, mutual understanding of all project responsibilities, deliverables and due dates. Actively contribute to risk discussions and evaluation.
  • Use appropriate reference materials and companion guides to champion best practices and standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of requirements to internal partners.
  • Prepare for, lead and provide follow up for requirement and data specification related meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to peer review requirement documents owned by our partners prior to configuration. This includes Account Structures, COBRA Data, Rates and Plan Documents.
  • Manage the client sign off for all applicable documents using the mandatory sign off process.
  • Lead the configuration of the enrollment system translating the Plan Requirement Document and Account Structures into configurable elements. Oversee any custom configuration work that is managed by a separate internal team. Troubleshoot issues with the ability to zero in on where the issue lies (configuration, data, file creation).
  • Serve as the Implementation Data Leader and manage data validations, HRIS and Payroll testing and resolution of issues.
  • Serve as the Implementation Quality Assurance Leader to validate all configuration adheres to MM365+ standards and client requirement, create the implementation test plan, partner with the Implementation Project Manager to execute unit testing, oversee Client Acceptance Testing and triage defects.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, healthcare administration, computer science or required equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years proven experience or exposure to having implemented or supported SaaS system. This includes requirements gathering, configuration, data validation / migration, and system testing.
  • Experience or exposure to HR administration systems, health and benefits or HRIS and Payroll systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirement discussions/documentation and proactively manage critical deadlines.
  • Strong technical and data experience, able to utilize Microsoft suite of applications analyze transactional data; able to perform basic SQL functions, i.e., select statements or simple join queries.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate technical details/requirements to internal and external stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills with a keen focus on attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with conflict resolution.
  • Ability to recognize and troubleshoot issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal oversight in a 100% work from home position.
  • Strong sense of accountability of and project ownership.
  • Strong desire to get things right versus get things done and possess a "go above and beyond" mentality.
  • Ability to learn quickly and is a self-starter.
  • Agility and the flexibility to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Strong Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, Adobe) and ability to quickly learn internal systems.

What makes you stand out:

  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Configuration Analyst, Project Manager/Coordinator or Delivery Specialist in benefit administration and Insurance operations.
  • Ability to use Graphical User Interface (GUI) to review and research issues or discrepancies and to complete transactions.
  • Proven understanding of the lifecycle of an administration implementation project.

The National US average range for this role is $60,800.00 - 91,200.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications & education. We do not anticipate candidates hired into this role would immediately earn a salary at or near the top end of the range however, such a decision will be dependent on a case by case basis.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
