Ice Cream And Chocolate Sales

Kilwins Chocolates & Ice Cream is seeking energetic and outgoing people to sell chocolate, ice cream, and candy in Old Town Fort Collins.

Kilwins has been providing Fort Collins with fine chocolates, fudge, and delicious ice cream since 1996. Counter staff provide exceptional customer service to our patrons by greeting and waiting on customers, preparing product, restocking, and performing general cleaning duties.

The ideal applicants will possess basic math skills, have good oral and interpersonal communication skills, and will be able to work both independently and as a part of a team. Previous retail experience is a plus. Position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.

Base pay rate is $12.32/hour. Tips are pooled and shared with all non-management staff. In 2021, tips ranged from $2/hour in slowest months to over $6/hour in busy months.

Positions will offer around 20 to 35 hours per week with a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Shifts are between 11 am and 9 to 10 pm. Availability on weekends and evenings is required. This is a tipped position.
