Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or GED)
• EPA HCFC Certification

Training:

• Regular manufacture training classes
• Weekly service meetings with career coaching

Required experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of HVAC Service Repair experience in residential service and sales

• Ability to work independently, maintain a “can do” attitude and be a team player

• Commitment to truly serving customers needs

• Effectively communicate issues, repairs, and recommendations to customers

• Attention to detail, demonstrate speed, accuracy in the completion of tasks
