We are seeking an experienced WORKDAY DEVELOPER to join our team. The chosen candidate will be a part of a high performance, mission-driven, HRIS team responsible for support of Workday and other Human Resource/payroll systems.
This role will have the opportunity to work partially at our campus and remotely.Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations, reports, calculated fields, and other system configurations
  • Maintain integrations and reports for functionality and enhancement
  • Create and maintain documentation for integrations; share knowledge with HRIS team
  • Monitor scheduled integrations and handle integration failures, errors, or issues; work with vendors to resolve as necessary
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and correct technical problems and deficiencies in Workday HCM
  • Support regular system auditing and perform mass change imports using Workday EIBs
  • Gather requirements and collaborate with internal and external partners and vendors to design and configure Workday enhancements
  • Assist with the design and change management efforts on new implementations and twice-annual updates
  • Maintain accurate and timely project and issue tracking
  • Work closely with the HRIS team and stakeholders to analyze and resolve technical issues
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related functional field), or equivalent experience required
  • 5-7 years of progressive HRIS experience implementing and supporting complex HR and/or payroll systems, including 3+ years of Workday HCM and Integration experience
  • Experience with a combination of these tools and frameworks:
  • Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation
  • APIs, PECI/PICOF, XML/XSLT, SOAP, Web Services, SFTP, and REST URL
  • Knowledge of HR functional areas (Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Performance/Talent, etc.)
  • Workday configuration experience in at least 3 of the modules:
  • Core HCM, Onboarding, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Absence Management, Payroll, Dashboards, or Recruiting
  • Strong Workday Reporting skills, including building Calculated Fields
  • Deep Knowledge of Workday's Business Process Framework and Security
  • Demonstrated business analyst and requirements gathering experience
  • Strong engagement, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment, manage multiple priorities, and complete projects on time

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Databases, SQL, PeopleSoft, or Tableau is a plus
