HR & Recruiting Specialist

As an HR Generalist, you will help JCREW with all of the HR requirements for its two companies (about 25 employees total), including but not limited to securing health care benefits, onboarding and hiring. As a Recruiting Specialist you will be in a continuous search for new talent. In fact, you will essentially create your own Recruiting and Placement operation.

This is full time, M-F, 8:30-5pm, with a salary of $50,000 and performance bonuses starting at $5,000 per year. This role takes a real go-getter with exceptional organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit, years of experience matching candidates to roles that are right for them, and a commitment to the values noted above.

All work shall be performed in San Diego County, California.
