Job Description

Canidium is a leader in Sales Performance Management and Incentive Compensations Management. We partner with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing sales performance management, sales analytics, and related sales-enabling technologies.
The HR Professional will be responsible for administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees, as well as creating and assuring compliance with company policy. An ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be very organized, be an excellent team player, and be passionate about Human Resources. The HR Candidate will take initiative on internal projects to keep the department in a continual state of improvement. This position will have the ability to work remotely but must be able to report into the Fort Collins, CO office at a minimum of 3 days per week.
Responsibilities of the HR Professional are as follows:
Human Resources

  • Creating and sending offer letters, onboarding new employees, assisting with performance management, providing HR expertise to company leadership, and updating/ensuring compliance with company policy
  • Creating and maintaining HR databases, files, and administrative processes
  • Supporting employees by answering benefits questions, providing policy information, approving PTO requests, and other administrative logistics
  • Running background checks, coordinating drug tests, and ensuring overall company compliance with both customer and industry standards
  • Working with Leadership team to streamline and improve departmental processes as needed
  • Providing support on miscellaneous assignments both within HR and across other Admin departments
  • Manages Human Resources Interns by directing work, approving time, and running weekly check-ins

Recruitment

  • Developing and monitoring internal candidate reports & tracking systems
  • Scheduling and conducting phone interviews
  • Moving qualified candidates through the interview process
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job sites
  • Attending career fairs and other local recruitment events

Payroll & HRIS

  • Prepare semi-monthly data for PEO submission for our 130+ employees
  • Calculate part-time and PTO hours
  • Maintain HRIS systems
  • Troubleshoot payroll errors

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • SHRM/PHR Certification preferred
  • 3-5 years Human Resources experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of Recruiting experience preferred
  • Must have passion in HR

Compensation and benefits: This position has a salary range of $50,000 - $80,000. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
