We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join the UMMS Talent Acquisition team. The HR Coordinator will provides a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process- particularly executive recruitment.

Some of the specific job duties includes:

  • Partnering with the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Director, Executive Recruitment by providing administrative support (including scheduling meetings/interviews) for day-to-day activities for executive recruitment.
  • Providing superb customer service working with hired executives to complete pre-employment/onboarding activities (background screening, health screening, pre-employment documents, etc).
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail as well as high sense of urgency


What You Need to Be Successful:

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of experience in a Human Resources office is preferred.
  • Administrative experience is preferred.
