About the Role:

The Human Resources Business Partner is a strategic advisor to our management team and associates. This role supports several of our major US departments from an HR perspective and manages activities including employee relations, culture and engagement building, performance management, wellness and change management.

What You'll Do:

  • Build relationships with business leaders to offer organization and people related support, strategy and follow through.
  • Provide support and expertise to the business in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development.
  • Partner with business leadership to find opportunities to attract, develop and retain associates and ensure they have a great career journey at Pushpay.
  • Coach and support managers on maintaining positive employee relations with their team. You will occasionally conduct investigations and recommend and implement courses of action based on the results.
  • Use influence and coaching skills to help cultivate a culture that reflects our values and creates a sense of belonging.
  • Answer questions or concerns regarding company policies or practices.
  • Lead the communication and rollout of HR programs and projects.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned which may include cross-team initiatives across US and New Zealand locations.

  • CO Pay Range: $78,692- $96,180 / year

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a growth or SaaS environment
  • A passion to work to find the right solution
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • A love for change - we are still a young and growing company, so there is always something exciting happening
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices
  • The ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience in building, driving and executing HR projects and programs
  • The ability to diagnose problems using critical thinking skills and and to identify and drive strong solutions
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and coaching skills
  • Effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills, preferably in Google Suite (gmail, sheets, etc)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday or ADP) preferred
  • Able to occasionally travel domestically, as appropriate
