JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources; three years in a generalist role.
- Experience working in manufacturing and/or support organization and/or technology company required with effective HR leadership for widely dispersed & diverse (functional/operations/engineering/manufacturing) teams.
- Additional experience within functional HR (Comp, Staffing, Benefits, HRIS) preferred.
- Effective communication skills including oral, written and interpersonal with an experience with organizational development and project/program management skills a must.
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices plus other government compliance regulations.
