Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Schedules and coordinates interviews and manage the interview schedule.
  • Maintain employee files
  • Make phone calls
  • Create employee badges and activate them
  • Hand out pay checks
  • Perform general administrative work in support of the HR department
  • Create employee folders for new hires
  • New Hire paperwork
  • Assist payroll
  • Other duties as assigned
