Hotel Maintenance Attendant

As a hotel maintenance attendant, you will be assisting our maintenance team. You will perform repairs and maintenance to ensure quality and safety standards are met and maintained while also making sure our property is both visually appealing and safe.

Your responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to, assisting in janitorial and maintenance support, responding to guest's requests, identifying and reporting preventative maintenance issues and safety concerns. To ensure we are providing the best services to our guests, your duties will entail guaranteeing consistently high-quality service to our guest rooms and public areas as follows:

1. Perform routine maintenance throughout the property

2. Perform minor repairs and/or replacements of room furniture, fixtures, and equipment to include television sets, light fixtures, etc.

3. Visually inspect fixtures, lighting and other equipment for repairs or replacements

4. Power washing to maintain visually appealing property

5. Pool Maintenance as needed, check Ph levels, perform visual checks, etc.

6. Painting

7. Air conditioning upkeep and repair

8. Respond to all guest needs as expeditiously as possible.
