Your local IHOP is now hiring hosts/hostess.
People person? Busy restaurant and fun atmosphere with combination of to go orders, phone calls, seating guests, and takeout/delivery services. The new direction of restaurants makes the host position more dynamic and fun than ever before.
As a Host or Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests and seating them promptly, cheerfully and courteously. Duties of this position include seating guests, monitoring open tables, answering the phone, food order taking, help entering and packaging To-Go orders and working with outside food delivery drivers. A qualified applicant must have good communication skills, be friendly, and stand for hours at a time. The above is not an all-inclusive job description.
