What You Will Do:
Works under the direct supervision of Manager of the Hospitality House, with indirect supervision of the Director of Volunteer Services. Supervises all functions of the House overnight, including communications between guests and hospital staff, any safety procedures, and responses to crises. Assures a safe and comfortable environment for overnight guests. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience working with the public required Advanced Computer knowledge required – Microsoft Office Good interpersonal skills to interface with families, patients, and all team members (co-workers, supervisors, clinical staff, etc.) Population served consists of Winchester Medical Center Hospitality House guests, staff, volunteers, and the public. Able to move about in a 2-story facility. Must be able to handle multiple situations and to work independently to meet responsibilities. Able to work a flexible schedule.
