The Recruiter is responsible for the day-to-day caregiver recruiting and scheduling to achieve Amada Senior Care, Inc. goals of customer satisfaction, quality services, excellent personnel performance, and positive financial outcomes. Health, Dental and Vision Benefits and 401K Benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Recruiter/Staffing: 2 years (Preferred)

Skills

  • Advanced computer skills in business related applications (Office, Excel, Quicken, Access, etc.)
  • Must possess a current driver’s license and a dependable insured automobile
  • Must present a professional appearance and promotes a positive work environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task effectively. Must be organized.
  • Answer all calls that come into the office.
  • Checks for exceptions (timecards) daily to fill in holes. Exceptions should be done first thing in the morning and kept up daily.
  • Recruits and screens Caregiver candidates and schedules and conducts caregiver interviews.
  • Schedule clients and confirm schedules by calling them.
  • Staff caregivers & confirm schedules by calling them or texting.
  • Enter notes into Axis Care re: updates in client or caregivers files.
  • Work closely with Care Services Manager, Payroll and Billing
  • Enters & records information for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • On call (evenings and weekends- rotation) responsibilities.
  • Come to weekly staff meeting prepared to discuss Caregiver issues or concerns, Client issues or concerns, Staffing needs/concerns/challenges, Report Card and Clean up caregiver census (weekly)
  • Reach out to caregivers to get most recent availability, document and enter into Axis Care. Put caregivers in-active include all notes and documents to support notes.
  • Coordinate & Assist with setting appointments for Customer Service visits.
  • Report to Office Manager who would be the best candidate for employee recognition programs.
  • Collecting current Driver license information, Auto insurance and updated certifications and trainings.
  • Keep track of Client Roster
  • Make sure Customer service calls and/or visits are completed 100%.
