Job Description

Richmond Home Need Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Time HHA Coordinator.

The HHA Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of ongoing communication with referral and intake sources for all patients. S/he shall plan for home health care service coverage. This role is responsible for the scheduling of home care workers while striving to ensure that patient/family are satisfied and receiving excellent customer service.

English/Spanish bilingual preferred

Responsibilities and Duties: (but not limited to)

Primary duty is to schedule caregivers with clients, ensuring compatibility and customer satisfaction on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Provide first line of communication for in-field employees to make changes to schedules, and informational updates

Monitor, mediate, and log both client and employee activity and follow up on employee assignments and client service

Maintain accurate client/employee documentation regularly

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma

One year experience of office work in a health care setting preferred.

HHA Exchange experience preferred.

Excellent telephone and communication skills.

Excellent organization skills.

Ability to maintain accurate schedules, notes and records.

Computer literate.

Good interpersonal skills.
