Getting started is easy. Here are the qualifying criteria.

1. Minimum eligible age: 21 years.

2. Motor vehicle record: US driver's license in good standing and fewer than three moving violations within the past 36 months.

3. Criminal record: Misdemeanor or felony entries must be older than ten years.

4. Activity: Be able to sustain the focus and the physical activity required in a package delivery position throughout the course of a workday.

5. Character: Exemplify the characteristics of fast, fun, focused, and friendly. These are our four core values!

Our drivers earn on average $60,000 yearly with one year of experience with us and $54,000 yearly with three months of experience with us!
We also average ten paid days off per year! Two are paid holidays, and the other eight are paid days to use however you'd like.
Our salaries are performance based, so seniority won't delay you reaching the top of this range. We're committed to reliability and transparency in career advancement.
