Healthcare Staffing Compliance Contractor/Temporary

DESCRIPTION

Healthcare Staffing Compliance Contractor/Temporary $24.00/hour; 35 hours/week

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates Degree (AA, AS) in related field or equivalent experience

• Maintains a friendly, customer focused and professional relationship with clients, suppliers, internal customers (staff), and contractors always

• Demonstrates a basic to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements related to the healthcare staffing industry

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Must possess strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, and critical thinking skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, use of copy machines, fax machines and other general office equipment

• Healthcare staffing compliance knowledge

• MSP experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Training experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• Experience with client interface

• Project management experience

Work Environment

The Compliance Contractor works in a corporate regional office environment but may be assigned to an alternative location. Travel to various may be required for short to extended periods. Typical duties may involve lifting up to 20 pounds, bending, stooping, sitting at desk for extended periods of time, the use of computer, and moving around from building to building.
