Job Requirements

  • 3 years of customer-facing experience
  • Candidate must reside in Mississippi
  • Ability to travel to practices (post pandemic); ability to drive / driver's license required
  • Previous experience working with ACO's, a plus
  • Previous experience with revenue cycle management and CMS MIPS report, a plus
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, G-Suite, ZenDesk and Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving mentality with a bias for action

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Act as a liaison between Vytalize leadership and practices


  • Responsible for communicating new initiatives to practice staff

  • Responsible for training physicians and practice staff on ACO software

  • Must assist practices when technical issues arise with ACO software

  • Responsible for ensuring practices are completing actions related to the ACO

  • Be knowledgeable of ACO and CMS rules and regulations

  • Coordinating with physicians, office managers, and other office staff from time to time to participate in meetings

  • Meet with vendors to discuss utilization of practices and strategy for increasing and maintaining engagement

Job Type:
Full-time- Role will be remote in nature; some travel to practices may be required.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000
