The position performs all activities necessary to support TruPay’s national client base on our InspireHCM platform, which includes payroll, time & attendance, benefit administration, and other human capital management solutions. The position is also responsible to assure client resolution and satisfaction within all areas of the InspireHCM platform.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be proficient in the HCM products and services offered to clients
  • Provide support to clients and consult with them on best practices related to Payroll, TLM and HR Modules
  • Make daily decisions necessary to assure timely and accurate Payroll & TLM processing
  • Provide timely client resolution and satisfaction of issues based on policy standards
  • Be available to assist and mentor less experienced HCM staff
  • Make decisions based on established policy and procedures
  • Assure timelines for new set up for payroll, time and labor management, human resources are met or escalated in a timely manner
  • Continuously helping to improve department efficiencies
  • Completing special projects as assigned and directed

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

  • Strong communication and analytical skills with proven ability to work with clients while creating positive relationships on behalf of the company
  • Knowledge of payroll, time and labor and human resource activities
  • Strong math/accounting aptitude and related audit skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet timelines as related to department responsibilities
  • Basic knowledge regarding federal and state payroll tax compliance

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and education beyond high school
  • Understanding and use of technology/software
  • 2 to 5 years of HR, payroll, and/or accounting experience - Preferred
  • FPC, SPHR, or equivalent
  • Financial and criminal background check required
