Job Description
How I will contribute

As our HCM Learning & Development Consultant you are responsible for increasing our new hire's on our payroll services team- through trainings in both virtual and classroom delivery in the areas of payroll operations, messaging, methodology, skills, tools and other specialized content, as well as operational training for support and implementation. As a partner to the Leadership team, you develop associates through role-play observation, focused feedback, skill gap analysis, and coaching. Design coaching plans with actions and opportunities that will lead to specific business results. Create and design content that elevates employees and delivers on the client experience. Provide ongoing communication to leadership regarding associates aptitude and performance. Collaborate with leadership to identify and execute on key strategic productivity and development initiatives for the field.

  • You will train new and tenured associates on process, messaging, methodology, tools and skills.
  • Facilitate "real-world" environment for immediate, on the job application of learning.
  • Knowledge and mastery of the coaching model in a variety of learning modalities.
  • An understanding of the HCM business, marketplace, competition and differentiating our solutions, from our competitors.
  • Ability to scope, collaborate, communicate and execute on custom facilitation requests with internal and external business partners
  • Effectively engage leadership to play a key role in reinforcing the learning.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to associates and leaders.
  • Work with stakeholders in product management, and marketing to update content as well as course improvements.
  • Execute corporate initiatives as needed.

What I will bring
  • BA or BS in Education, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience required in the Human Capital Management industry.
  • 2+ Years working in Training or Learning & Development role.
  • Training Experience with domain expertise in Payroll, Human Capital Management Software (HCM), or Time and Labor Management Solutions (TLM) for a variety of internal audiences including, Sales, Operations and Implementation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in facilitation techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing others as a coach and mentor.
  • Subject Matter Expert in specific areas including HCM industry specialized content.
  • Proven proficiency in technical and multi-media components critical to effective facilitation.
  • Proven proficiency with interactive meeting tools and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished, Professional facilitation skills required.
