Position Summary:

As part of 5 Star Service to our customers, our Handymen troubleshoot and make repairs to issues that arise in customers homes and bring the damage back to a pre-loss condition. They interact with customers, vendors and coworkers on a regular basis. And our Handymen are actively involved in keeping Radiant's Headquarters in top operating condition.

• Create great solutions to resolve customer home repair/improvement needs
• Source and secure materials & tools needed to perform job functions
• Complete accurate and detailed paperwork/notes on every call
• Work as a team through collaboration to achieve department objectives
• Work at Radiant Headquarters, as assigned, on remodel and repair projects
• Work with the Marketing Team, as needed, to build props and set design

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.

Experience: Two or more years of experience with home repair aspects is preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient with Apple products. Google Suite experience is a benefit.

Certifications & Licenses: Valid & clear drivers license.

Other Requirements: Have your own basic tool set. (Not all tools will be provided)
