• Safely and politely direct customers into the car wash tunnel
• Make eye contact with customers and use welcoming body language
• Build trusting relationships with customers
• Maintain cleanliness of customer-facing areas at your store

GUEST SERVICE SPECIALISTS SHOWCASE:

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with an outgoing personality
• The ability to make connections with customers and recommend products and services that meet their needs
• High energy and interest in having fun outdoors on their feet in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background check
