Our Open Opportunity

The Guest Relations Coordinator is an essential member of the Concierge leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.

The Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring maximum guest recognition and satisfaction with a diligent focus on all V.I.P., Special Attention (SA) and Return Guests and groups.

Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and hospitality, accommodating special requests, resolving guest issues and assisting with guest inquiries as required.

Review daily arrivals in absence of Guest Relations Manager to ensure proper handling of V.I.P., SAG and Return Guests (to include pre arrival communication, room walks and set up, and room escorts). Reviews all arrivals to be discussed at Morning Meeting.

Communicates and liaises closely with Front Office, Concierge, In Room Dining, Housekeeping and various other Departments to ensure follow-up on any special problems, guest requests (to include amenities, room set ups, pre-registration, etc.

Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.
  • Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
  • Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
