Job Overview:

The Guest Experience Manager possesses strong communication, guest service and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing processes to enhance the guest experience, greet VIP’s upon arrival/departure, ensure VIP’s rooms are properly prepared for their stay and provide concierge services to the guest during their visit. The Guest Service Coordinator is a highly visible role that gives the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and transportation options.

Qualifications

  • System knowledge of Opera is highly preferred.
