Growth Marketing Senior Specialist - Mid Market

Indeed is seeking a Growth Marketing Senior Specialist to manage acquisition programs for our Mid Market employer audience in the US and other key markets. This marketer will single-handedly create, execute, and report on integrated acquisition campaigns that bring new employers to engage with Indeed. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital marketing execution - social media, retargeting, content syndication, and beyond - from strategy to implementation to measurement. You are an excellent collaborator, managing projects, and building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Business Intelligence, and Product Marketing to ensure the success of your initiatives. You can work independently, are innovative and resourceful, making the most impact with the least amount of resources. Although you are creative, you are also analytical — data ultimately drives your decision-making process.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across departments to execute A/B tests, scale positive tests, and optimize ongoing programs targeting the Mid Market segment in US and international markets
• Design, execute, and measure digital acquisition campaigns to support Mid Market objectives.
• Partner with channel experts to drive acquisition tests through channels such as direct mail, email, and sales partnerships
• Collaborate across internal stakeholders to obtain resources for campaign execution - including content/creative, tracking/measurement, campaign budgets, sales buy-in, etc.
• Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance, and speak to the impact on overall Mid Market goals

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing programs with significant budget responsibility
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field required
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and acquisition strategy, ideally with SaaS marketing experience
• Experience designing, executing, and reporting marketing tests in a quantitative manner (such as running A/B tests)
• Content marketing and demand generation experience required, ideally with experience warming and routing leads to sales (experience with account-based marketing a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and make actionable insights from data (SQL proficiency a plus)
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in an unstructured environment

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
