We are looking for a full-time Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Media to join our Marketing Team based out of the* Northeast of the US.*

You will be responsible for shaping the growth strategy, helping define new ways of acquiring customers and devising opportunities for optimisation on an on-going basis. Furthermore, you'll conceptualise, build, and execute growth initiatives focused on increasing acquisition and engagement, all the while optimising our paid media budget and performance against targets.

What can you expect:

  • Responsible for executing, managing, optimising reporting all our paid media activity - Google Ads - LI Ads - Facebook - Instagram and others
  • SEM: Contribute to improving our online presence (eg reviews, community) to optimise our impact
  • Run well-planned, synchronised campaigns leveraging multiple channels in collaboration with other Squads
  • Manage weekly reports, weekly progress in easy-to-read, executive style dashboards, along with plans to fix gaps between actual against targeted leads value
  • Collaborate with the team on all growth initiatives, identifying with data and experiences
  • Creatively integrate existing efforts on brand building and content into the growth strategy
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitors' growth activities and other innovative approaches
  • Support execution and management of our robust inbound lead generation engine

What do you need to succeed:

  • Successfully managed paid social and PPC campaigns
  • Experience in Salesforce and Pardot
  • Extensive growth experience working in a similar e-commerce tech-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of GTM
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Strong inclination to “execute, measure, improve, optimise”
  • Knowledge of developing and maintaining comprehensive account profiles and target personas
  • Know your way around budgets and reporting against them
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong desire to contribute to the success of parcelLab
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice-to-haves:

  • Approximately 3+ years’ experience in a Growth Marketing role
  • Proven experience delivering business growth through performance marketing
  • Strong data analysis skills
