Job Description - Overview

Then we just may have the opportunity for you! We are searching for hardworking individuals to join our Grounds Crew. Experience is preferred, but not required. This full-time position is year round and requires fit individuals who enjoy working outdoors. We’re looking for reliable team members who want to build a career with an established company. The position is located at our company’s corporate campus in Oklahoma City.
Function: Able to perform the following tasks:
Mow, weed-eat, and edge all campus grounds
Fertilize, weed, and maintain a well manicured look
Dig, plant and mulch a variety of plants, trees and shrubs
Work in all types of weather to serve and fulfill all job demands
Demonstrate a cooperative manner for good team interaction
Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures
NOTE: Lifting and physical effort is required for all aspects of this job.
Job Description - Requirements
Requirements:
Tuesday through Saturday schedule
Must be at least 18 years old
Pass drug test
Pass background check
Work mandatory overtime
Good listening and communication skills
Able to work well individually and within a team
Learn and retain knowledge of all job tasks and procedures
Attention to work pace in order to meet job demands in a timely manner
