Job Description


§ Formulate overall Benefit & Wellbeing Communication Strategy (develop execution plan to educate employees throughout the year) and ensure key initiatives and activities are integrated within the broader Total Rewards and Global People calendars

§ Act as the global benefits subject matter expert, creating international benefits processes and policies, consulting with offices and business leaders on benefits best practices and advising market/business entity peers and leaders on potential risks related to benefits decisions

§ Act as a strategic partner to Market Rewards Leads, Leadership, USHR Business Partners and other global key stakeholders, making data-driven decisions and applying a deep expertise of industry best practices, benchmarks, and emerging trends that align with our values and EVP

§ Partner with professional benefits organizations, brokers/consultants, and networking groups to understand trends (both emerging and established) in our industry and across the globe

§ Develop, maintain and manage effective relationships with external vendors and benefit providers, including contract negotiation, benefits administration and service levels

§ Analyze and support the design & development of global benefit programs, ensuring the plans are both competitive and cost effective; collaborating with local Market Rewards Lead

§ Implement a Global Wellbeing Committee of employee advisors who will advocate for Global wellbeing initiatives

§ Deploy U.S. Wellbeing Strategies by leading company-wide initiatives, including site-specific activities/initiatives, manager trainings, employee webcasts

§ Support Market Leads with local wellbeing strategies (provide meaningful resources & insights on best practices, schedule and lead regular calls to maintain collaboration across the markets, support other design needs, new program requests, etc.)

§ Develop actionable metrics for our wellbeing offerings to track engagement, effectiveness, and value to employees and the company

§ Participate in Benefit & Wellbeing surveys (coordinate with Benefits SME, where applicable)

§ Recommend program improvements as appropriate to maximize impact on employees, and overall employee experience

§ Ensure compliance with all applicable country, state/territory and other regulations

§ Support Total Rewards Employee Surveys

Qualifications


**Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.

§ 5-7 years of experience with U.S employee benefits responsibilities; some global experience required

§ Bachelors’ degree. Advanced degree and/or industry certification (i.e. CEBS) a plus

§ Strong working knowledge of benefit plans, their mechanics, legal regulations (ERISA, PPACA, etc.), and best practices. Experience managing vendor relationships preferred.

§ Must be highly self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities

§ Detail oriented – high attention to accuracy

§ Demonstrate project management and problem-solving skills and ability to innovate

§ Strong communication skills with customer-centric mindset

§ Solid analytical skills pertaining to the financial aspects of employee benefits

§ Must be able to interact with a wide variety of people and vendors

§ Effective team player with the ability to collaborate, as well as work independently
