Job Description
A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace. As part of our Policy, Strategy and Leadership team, you’ll provide strategic oversight, manage operations, and develop policies for all aspects of our Sales and Marketing practice.

The Marketing & Sales Innovation team drives tailored marketing into our top accounts, using them as a testing ground for innovative initiatives, new technologies and adoption/ coaching activities, before rolling them out as standard. This role will support the development of an ABX program, working with the global client partner on priority accounts to deliver tailored marketing experiences to drive revenue. It will support the incubation and testing of new ideas around the marketing experience

Demonstrating extensive - level knowledge of and/or proven record of success in:

  • Delivering and maturing a successful ABX programme in a B2B environment;
  • Partnering with global account teams to mature their approach to account management and tailored marketing to develop client relationships, build pipeline and drive account growth;
  • Creating campaign plans and the development of assets and customer journeys for activation across the full marketing funnel leveraging MarTech;
  • Developing channel strategies and marketing tactics across a wide variety of functional areas of the marketing mix including brand, digital and social marketing, collateral, thought leadership, sales tools and events;
  • Translating business strategies into marketing strategies and supporting the development of data-driven integrated omni-channel account based marketing strategies;
  • Understanding marketing trends and channels that grow revenue faster, improve customer loyalty and drive demand and brand equity;
  • Understanding modern marketing and sales capabilities including marketing automation principles and content marketing, in either B2B or B2C environments;
  • Leveraging marketing automation systems to bring personalization to marketing activities preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
  • Possessing stakeholder engagement and influencing management skills;
  • Building and managing relationships with other marketing functions and the business, across a global network, including effectively managing a matrixed organization;
  • Navigating complex situations and where necessary, conducting difficult conversations with senior leaders to jointly arrive at the right outcomes;
  • Leveraging data to inform marketing strategy, evaluate the impact of marketing activities and influence the focus and direction of future marketing campaign strategies; and,
  • Managing multiple marketing campaigns and teams simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
